2. Description of Service

PostGuard is a browser extension and web service that analyses social media posts before publication to identify potentially risky content. Our AI-powered analysis provides suggestions but does not guarantee prevention of all harmful content.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate account information

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or billing
• Reverse engineer or exploit the service
• Share your account with others

5. Subscription and Billing

Free accounts are limited to 10 scans per day. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at £4.99. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.

6. Limitation of Liability

PostGuard provides content analysis as a guide only. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from posts you choose to publish, whether or not they were analysed by our service. Use your own judgement when posting online.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard settings.
