How do I install PostGuard?
Download the PostGuard extension from the Chrome Web Store. Click "Add to Chrome" and the extension will be installed automatically. You'll need to create an account or sign in to start using the service.
Which social media platforms are supported?
PostGuard currently works on X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. We're constantly working to add support for more platforms.
How many free scans do I get?
Free accounts include 10 scans per day. This resets at midnight UTC. Upgrade to Premium for unlimited scans at £4.99/month.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your post content is analysed in real-time and is not permanently stored. We use encryption for all data transmission and never sell your data to third parties.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
The extension isn't detecting my posts. What should I do?
Try refreshing the page or reloading the extension. Make sure you're signed in to PostGuard. If the issue persists, contact our support team.
